Important production boundary

SEOForge can prepare changes, but authorization to connect a system and approval to publish a specific change are separate customer decisions. You remain responsible for reviewing what goes live.

1

Agreement and eligibility

+

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using the service, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you can bind the customer organization. If you do not agree, do not use SEOForge.

2

The service

+

SEOForge provides paid software for website research, content preparation, search optimization, evidence management, human review and authorized production delivery. Features and capacity depend on the purchased plan.

3

Accounts and connected systems

+

You are responsible for account security, authorized users, connected websites, repositories, CMS installations and provider accounts. Grant only the permissions necessary and promptly revoke access that is no longer appropriate.

4

Human approval and production responsibility

+

Agents may investigate, draft, validate and stage work. The customer remains responsible for reviewing and explicitly approving every production change. SEOForge does not bypass branch protection, CMS permissions or the product approval gate.

5

Subscriptions, capacity and payment

+

There is no free trial or free product tier. Subscription charges, included capacity, billing interval and taxes are shown at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew until cancelled. Usage is limited by plan entitlements and configured budgets.

6

Customer content and permissions

+

You retain ownership of customer content. You grant SEOForge the limited rights needed to process it and provide the service. You confirm that you have the authority to connect, analyze, modify and publish to the relevant systems.

7

Acceptable use

+

Do not use SEOForge to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, manipulate evidence, fabricate credentials or testimonials, bypass security, abuse providers or create deceptive search content. The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms.

8

Search and business outcomes

+

Search engines, AI systems, audiences and third-party platforms are independent. SEOForge does not guarantee rank #1, indexing, traffic, citations, conversions or revenue. Forecasts and hypotheses are not measured outcomes.

9

Third-party services

+

Repositories, CMS platforms, analytics, model providers and other integrations have their own terms and availability. SEOForge is not responsible for third-party changes, suspension, data quality or outages beyond its reasonable control.

10

Suspension and termination

+

We may restrict access to protect the service, comply with law, address non-payment or investigate material violations. You may cancel according to the subscription controls. Post-termination access and deletion are governed by plan terms, law and the Privacy Policy.

11

Disclaimers and liability

+

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Specific warranties, liability exclusions and caps may also be stated in an order form or negotiated agreement. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12

Changes and contact

+

We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. Material updates will be communicated through an appropriate service channel. Questions should be sent through the contact page.
