Collected

Account and workspace records, configuration, authorized provider data, evidence, workflow state, approvals, usage and operational logs.

Protected

Tenant isolation, scoped provider permissions, encryption, secret redaction and audited production actions protect the working set.

Retained

Records remain only as needed to operate the service, meet contractual or legal duties, investigate abuse and support customer-controlled history.

Deleted

Customers may request deletion subject to legitimate security, billing, dispute and legal-retention requirements.

1. Scope

This policy applies to SEOForge websites, applications, APIs, MCP access, command-line tools and related support. A connected customer remains responsible for the website and source systems it authorizes. SEOForge acts only within the permissions and purposes configured for the service.

Usage, device, security and support records

Repository and website content is processed as untrusted customer data. Raw credentials should never be entered into public forms or agent prompts.

3. How we use information

We use information to authenticate users; provide the requested crawl, research, content, optimization, review and delivery workflows; prevent abuse; enforce permissions and quotas; maintain reliability; process billing; deliver support; and meet legal obligations. We do not sell customer data or use it for third-party advertising.

4. Service providers and transfers

SEOForge relies on vetted infrastructure, authentication, database, model, analytics, search-data, repository, CMS, storage, billing and communications providers. The subprocessor list describes current categories and purposes. Processing may occur in countries other than your own, subject to the contractual and legal safeguards applicable to the service.

5. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict or delete personal information and to object to certain processing. Workspace administrators can revoke providers and tokens. Contact us to make a request; identity verification may be required.

6. Security, retention and incidents

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed for a multi-tenant service, including scoped access, encryption, audit events and human-controlled production actions. No system is completely secure. Retention depends on record type, customer settings, contractual needs and legal requirements. If an incident requires customer notice, SEOForge will provide it through the appropriate account channel.
