Planned platform workflow · not yet live

Direct Shopify article publishing is not currently supported.

There is no live Shopify app installation, Admin API content scope or article publish path in SEOForge today. The required storefront-specific workflow is documented below for honest evaluation.

Nothing publishes without approvalPaid product accessNo ranking guarantees

Shopify adapter unavailable

No shop authorization or Admin API write.

Required detection

Shop, blogs, article fields, handles, authors, tags, publication status, market/localization context and product/collection references.

Metadata + sitemap

Article SEO title/description where supported, canonical theme behavior, blog/article URLs and Shopify-generated sitemap implications.

Images + deployment

Article image/alt text, theme rendering preview and Admin API draft/publish would require an installed, scoped and tested Shopify app.

Before → intended after

Editorial content connected to real merchandising.

Before

Generic article, stale product references and image without storefront crop context.

Intended after

Valid blog article, available product/collection links, shop voice, SEO fields and human-approved publication state.

No setup today

Do not create or share an Admin API token.

  • No Shopify app installation exists
  • No shop scopes are requested
  • No product or collection data is read
  • No article draft or publication is created
  • Revenue attribution cannot be claimed without verified analytics

Limitations

Shopify Admin API versions/scopes, Markets, themes, product availability and app review requirements need a dedicated connector. Repository theme access alone does not authorize Shopify content or publication.

Paid deployment · human authority

Do not buy around a Shopify connector that is not live.
